T1.Done

The first T1.Done speedrunning event took place April 6–7, 2024. The event was hosted by Spikevegeta and featured a dozen speedrunners.

Each runner showcased a game they’ve mastered playing quickly, accompanied by commentary to help explain the tech and glitches required to play the game fast at a high level. There were also challenge runs and Crowd Control runs, all while we raised money for Breakthrough T1D.

In the world of speedrunning, the phrase “dot done” is often used to indicate you have finished your run of the game. This phrase comes from the competitive scene. During a speedrunning competition, players will type “.done” in the chat to indicate to their opponents and viewers that they have completed their run, which stops the timer. Our goal with the event is to raise money to “.done” T1D!
